Fox and the Hands, LLC and its therapists are not responsible for injuries or adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, contraindications, or failure to follow therapist recommendations. Massage therapy is a complementary service and not a substitute for medical care.

We provide professional mobile and in-office massage therapy throughout the Charlotte area. Our services include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, Gua Sha, Reiki, and Couples Massage, as well as corporate wellness and event massage.
2. What does “mobile massage therapy” mean?
Mobile massage therapy means we bring the full massage experience to you—whether you’re at home, at work, staying in an Airbnb, or hosting an event. We supply everything needed for your session, including the massage table, linens, and oils.
3. Do you have an office location?
Yes! In addition to mobile services, we also offer in-office appointments by request. This option is ideal for clients who prefer a traditional spa-style setting.

5. Is there a travel fee for mobile massage?
All membership and package pricing includes the travel fee. Standard, one-time bookings may include a $40 travel fee, depending on location.
6. What areas do you serve?
We serve Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas, including Concord, Matthews, Huntersville, and nearby regions. If you’re outside these areas, contact us to confirm availability.
7. Do you accept Veterans through VA Community Care?
Yes! We’re a registered Community Care provider for eligible veterans. If your VA provider approves massage therapy as part of your treatment plan and you qualify through the Community Care program, you can request Fox and the Hands as your preferred vendor.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and online payments through our secure booking platform. Corporate clients may arrange direct invoicing.
9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee.
10. How does the membership program work?
Memberships are month-to-month, include the travel fee, and provide exclusive discounts on sessions. Missed massages roll over for one month before expiring. Members may also book additional sessions at their discounted rate.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase digital or physical gift cards for any service or amount. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, or employee appreciation.
12. What should I expect during my first session?
Before your session, your therapist will review your intake form and discuss your goals. Each massage is fully customized to your needs and comfort level. Please allow a few minutes before and after your appointment for setup and cleanup.
